Being an author has been a rewarding and fulfilling career path. It has allowed me to share my ideas and experiences as a limousine driver in Las Vegas and it has been a great way to be creative. My next book titled Painful Leg Crams. In the book I cover the top 6 reasons that bring on leg cramps and how deal with them in an effective way. You will learn how I was able to stop an active cramp and prevent future leg cramps. The book deep dives into my fight battling leg cramps and the preventative measures I've used.
NOTE: If you are experiencing frequent or severe leg cramps, it's important to speak with a healthcare provider to determine the cause and the best course of treatment. This book is what I did to eliminate my leg cramps, however this may not work for every individual.
